Coldplay-Yellow cover

Me singing (badly?) Coldplay's lovely "Yellow".. I like singing this. I know I've got some words/chords wrong? & I don't know the chord for when it goes "You know I love you so".. but there you go! Improvisation *thumbs up*. Hope you enjoy. :)
