that's too bad... I've seen Tiesto 4 times and this was my favorite of all, i was on the outer ring of the crowd and everyone was awesome, such great energy... i never bother with the front-and-center crowd... they always want to turn into some strange form of a mosh pit which ruins the experience for me... besides, i need my room to dance :D

unless i have my nights mixed up i'm pretty sure you're referring to the MMJ show. i don't know if i'd say best show of 08 but definatly an amazing show. tiesto always puts on a good show too so don't hate.

Hilarious. Are any of you aware that while this French-manicured, Armani-sponsored, knob-twiddling poseur was deucing in your earholes -- and you were obediently sig-heiling and grinding your teeth, the best concert of 2008 was happening about 300 yards to your left?

I was there too it was great when it started raining and everyone rushed under the tent the soundcheck was awesome

I've seen Tiesto 8 times......usually, I'm hugging strangers, fucking amazed by his shows.....but this time the energy in the crowd was NOT positive. I was literally front and center, and halfway through the show, every single person standing next to me had shoved their way there. Even the friendly demeanor of people on E didn't change that weird energy. It just felt dangerous and unfriendly. Sucks too. I wanted this to be my favorite. MSTRKRFT and Ghostland Observatory win that one.

I can't even describe how this show made me feel, and Tegan and Sarah made it that much infinitesimally better.
