I guess you can say that they are addicting so I wouldn't say that they are not addicting. I also wouldn't say they are not bad for you, it is still tobacco and you are still consuming it. It says something like "this may cause gum disease" on the tin. I would say that it is just about as harmful as any other smokeless tobacco and probably as addictive as anything else although I've heard reports of people using snus to cut back on their nicotine consumption.

i find it dry...which i like....

i like it to except that if you don't moisten it either during or before you put it in your lip, when you go to take it out, it will get stuck to your gums and it doesn't really hurt, but its not very comfortable trying to get it unstuck to your gums.

I usually start out in the middle of my side then move it..... its ok up top but ehh I still put in in my lower lip.

I only use snus in class, but great review n snus frost ftw!

@Prairycow123 No there is not. There is no "right" way it dip Snus. I put it between my left cheek and teeth. That way I enjoy the lovely succulent juices of Mellow the most that way.

@MrGizzardinHD To see americans snusa makes me laugh real bad! you know its made in sweden and i have seen many of you americans putting it in your under lip bur dont do that its made to be on the uper lip. its like if you saw me smoking a cigarett out of my nose.

real swedish snus its probably 4 times as addictive as cigarettes, its classified as a light drug in some countrys. they say 1 pris of snus is like 5~ish cigarettes nicotine dose. If you are not using nicotine I would suggest you stay away from snus. I've been using snus roughly half my life, and I'm 26. It can put a strain on your heart, and I guess compared with cigarettes the problems you get from snus are cardio-vascular related. Also its "harmfull" for your pancreas.

@Slimsoj general snus is the best. (im from sweden well my mum is )i live in the uk had to order it got some goterbors rape 2 that one is awsome aswell

dude try something that isint in pouches. it tastes alot better.
