There really isn't a need for any setup. With this video I only wanted to show how this RB route literally can beat any defense. The RB acts as if he is going to the flats and then suddenly stops, then cuts hard towards the middle of the field. Zone and Man coverage both struggle to stop this route.

If you take this play and route and use it as a basis for a scheme out of Atlanta's Singleback Jumbo, you might come up with a hard to defend game plan.

We have to use created teams for our videos so those are not actual NFL teams. Also, I'm not controlling the FS just have my other controller plugged in while recording this video-can't play offense and defense. I'm simply showcasing the route, of course you can't use it every play but incorporating it into other plays would make it a pain.
