Well. same shit all over again. Everyone that knows how to handle a computer knows how to change pw in cmd. Why change it in cmd when you can go to userprofiles? I can do this with my eyes closed

The real trick is to change passwords on all accounts on the computer in a guest account without admin perm. This is a tricky one, but also easy if oyu know how

type in:

net user your name yourpassword

you can need it also in .bat files

type in run 'control userpassword 2' without marks. Click reset password on a user that u want. it will work

u dont need admin to launch safe.. Just means that the computer is not controlled by the computer itself, but connected into a system that holds the user/admin right.
