How does something have 15 gpu's on one quadro? A quadro is a gpu.

I wonder if this michael kaplan guy created this technology... becuase...., it appears as if this technology has zapped years of life-force out of him, turning him into a zombie. Heck, he talks and even looks like one!

BrooklynNYC777, before you have a heart attack, I just thought you should know that iray WILL work on the desktop. They are simply showing that with Reality Server you can IF YOU WANT to use multiple GPUs over multiple systems. I played with iray locally on a single GPU and it works. It's just not as fast.

iray is just like any other rendering engine, except it uses the GPU and you don't have to worry about setting sample settings etc. You just create the materials, the lights and let it render until you are happy with the quality. Which on the GPU is not very long.

LOL, yeah it's hard to keep this camera still. It's the size of a business card.
