Ice still accumulates, right? ailerons, flaps, hydraulics. Isn't that why planes have a glycol de-icer? Without it, you and the rest would crash and burn? Or never even make it of the runway?

It takes moisture in the air to freeze propellers or wings. The air down there is usually very dry. I took part in an expedition to the North Pole, and the planes that flew up there had no problems with icing.

The propellers would probably freeze up. Wow, I want to become part of NASA. To bad its not in Canada.
