its demonic!! i want you to watch satanic rituals in music and hollywood you are going to find thousand of great documentery on this .please go to it they will show you 100s of things just like this in movies with this and illuminity .sorry if i spelled it wrong there is also a video its called hidden strange thing in hancock movie between 22sec and 34 sec after that demon showc up u will see a view of the tornado from the sky then there is lighting and illuminity eye on ground left corner

Look at the Tornadoe at 0:03! Paused. There are faces in the swirl. Also, the robot-creature-thingy, is 1of2 things; a guy promoting a movie in front of a cinema in that scene. Or, its supposed to be some kind of "hidden enemy" of Hancock's people to be tied in later with Hancock 2.
