  • @alliegonenuts I think it's biosecurity and they are checking for mud. Some countries have plant diseases in the soil that can be spread to other countries if dirt gets from one country to another and then effect the agriculture. Then again - could just be last time the soldiers left the plane all dirty and muddy and the pilot got snotty so this time he is checking their boots :)

  • It says 'in the Solomon Islands'. So they are Fijian and NZ troops who are all in the Solomon Islands ok? Clear enough? They are all Good fella wantoks helping out in Solomon Islands.
