I took Russian Spetsnaz to lend a helping hand for destroying poppy fields and hundreds of millions worth of heroin in Afghanistan and they did only one operation there...The HEROIN is the reason. That general is giving total bullshit, Al-Qaida is long gone from Afghanistan probably and if US & UK forces consentrated on burning thet poppy/opium fields and destroying the heroin labs they would win the war in a year.
