Jesse Jackson's problem is that he thinks the Federal Government neglects inner city people.

But he's dead wrong. The Feds can't fix anything. Only the locals can fix things.

Here's an example:

 When a plane crash-landed in the Hudson River this year, the Feds were the LAST people to come to the rescue. The local boats showed up first.

The NYPD boat crews didn't call Washington and complain while they waited for the Navy to show up!
