We finally hit the REAL Tsukiji Fish Market and it was well worth the trip. It is a loud and hectic place, carts and forklifts zip by every second, and the floor is as slippery as...well...a fish.

Here, the experts gut and slice a very large tuna (well worth watching, Art!!!)

  • beautiful and huge fish, i wish stores here in the usa were like that, they'd gut the fish right there and in front of ya. sweeeeeeeeeeet
