@southernsecurity a real fat karateka i might not see it lol ( btw some people are just naturally heavier for instance i practise martial arts atleast 5 days a week and im 120kg )
I studied under Rick Wolslayyer, a student of master Robert P McEwen, in SUNY Albany. The few moves I did learn I still use over 15 years later. Drunks can't defend against them, MMA heads are not expecting them and they work. Nihon Goshin works. Some of the other videos don't flatter. It kills me to see a real fat karateka. We all grow old but think about what you put in the web. Big telegraph moves and laughing babies is not aikido , it's day care.
Eu queria ver essa palhaçada sem ser coreografada. Gostaria de ver o resultado!! Porque é bem claro q é um mestre de aikido" lutando" de forma coreografada com 2 robôs
I also challenge all those who think aikido cant be used in real life to go and take one aikido class. I'm sure they'll find out is not just a bunch of techniqes. A real aikidoka has the ability to solve any situation that comes to them both physically as mentally. I've been practicing it for almost two months, and i can tell you every class I learn something and i am very exitting in improving myself.
@ryski247 I totally agree with you, in fact, i know of some mma fighters trained with Steven Seagal, who is a real nice aikidoka (i think he is 7 dan). Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva are some of them.
I had my first Aikido lesson the other day. I was amazed! I now know that the spinning around is needed or you will injure yourself. Its not just for show. Anyone can curl up and defend against a punch, I was attacking my sensei with no style or showing how I was going to attack but he still kicked my arse! I'm pretty sure in MMA Aikido is not suited but to all the people thinking it's rubbish I challenge you to go and try it and see what happens to you!
