this is a non filmi ghazal, so there was no video. i ve used video of Jab dil hii toot gaya to fulfil requirement of video..

ab kya bataon main tere milne se kya mila
irfaan e-Ghum hua mujhe dil ka pata mila

Irfaan-e-gham huaa mujhe dil kaa pataa milaa

Jab duur tak na koi fakeer aashanaa milaa
Teraa niyaazamand tere dar se jaa milaa

Manzil milee, muraad milee, muddaa milaa ha
Sab kuchh mujhe milaa jo tera naqsh-e-paa milaa

Ya zakhm-e-dil ko cheer ke seene se phenk de
Ya aitaraaf kar ke nishaan-e-vafaa milaa

Ab kyaa bataauun main tere milane se kyaa milaa

Seemaab ko shaguftaa na dekhaa tamaam umr
Kambakht jab milaa hamen gham aashanaa milaa

Translation
Now what can I say - what I gained by meeting you
The hidden pain manifested, I became aware of my heart

When I could not find even a beggarly friend for long
One craving you only I found standing at your door

I found my destination, ambition, whole point of existence
I found everything when I found your foot imprint

Either you must rip off that heart-wound through the chest
Or you must agree that you achieved your aim in love

No one saw "Seemab" happy during a whole lifetime
My unfortunate self, when I found it, it was less friendly.

it is gum aashna and not kam aashna,

well, original word is GHAM

and it means sorrow,grief;worry,care

in Urdu we ve to be more accurate about pronunciation,otherwise meaning will change

Translation not easy- I guess it means here " close to heart at the moment".
