This company is a HUGE scam. My boyfriend recently bought me a ring from them (he ordered a size 5). They sent a size 6 which needless to say was too big. The ring was (still is) beautiful but I couldn't wear it because it was too big. I have contacted them 17 times (!) and have not received a response on how to get the correct size sent to me. Since there is no phone number listed I am forced to email and be ignored. I have since gotten this resized on my own and was told the metal is fake...

@smokemirrorz I'm sorry that happened to you! The ring does come in a big size but I wear it on my middle finger so it fits... I didn't have to send it back to get it shipped or anything.

@kfizz177 I wear it quite often and it still looks exactly as it did when I first got it! Shipping took maybe 2 weeks.

@summerxskin Well I recently got into contact with the dropshipper for this company and I have learned that LuShae is getting a lot of negative feedback lately and the dropshipper is considering dropping them from their affiliates. They are replacing the ring for me so at least I am getting my problem solved. I just want future buyers to be informed that LuShae is NOT a trustworthy company right now - contact their dropshipper first if you are interested in their items.
