man, the writing in this film leaves me awstruck: "It's what I have to work with - what are you afraid of" at 1:56 is the perfect expression of the 'love and betrayal' aspect of Hedwig and Tommy's relationship.

This is now my favourite movie. I watched this for the first time 3 days ago and have watched it 2 times since then. I'm about to watch it a fourth time! Also... Mmmmmm Michael Pitt.

One of the best-shot scenes in any movie, I feel.
And it's so understated, but I think it's one of the best lines in the movie (which is saying something):
"It's what I have to work with."
That really says it all. And what a great description.
