A 3,5cc rigger sould be screaming!
You need the right fuel setting and pipe length.
Try a octura 1445 and one with 3,3-3,5" cup.

It's was the first time the hull was in the water, and engine just right out the box.
Now, it's running far better, at 95-100 kph with a ABC H5 prop and the pipe shortened.
Look at my other vids, you have another one at the second run wich is better but not at te top speed as today. Will post another one as soon as possible to show you. I'm still setting it.
