nice video that is a huge tie gang with a surface crew that must be raising the track speed or the ties just got that bad, if they dont have the track surfaced afterword it would be down to a creep....

It's quite possable but I'd bet there's more than one crew. The funny thing is that this video was heavly edited for time. It took them about an hour to come by me, line up on the north end of the crossings and park for the evening.

It's supposed to be through next week I believe. Sounds like you're going to be two weeks too late. No worries. They're a good way from this area now. I think They've worked up close to West Point by now.
