Achieved in Vegas, using NewBlue FX plugins and Colour Corrector.

Showing how to achieve a nice warm grade. The blacks are slightly more crushed then in the original footage. The blue hue is eliminated. Footage is used under Fair Use policy. Gran Torino, the film is copyrighted and this short sample is intended for educational use only, thereby complying with fair use laws.

  • I appreciate you showing this off — how'd you hear about our NewBlueFX plugins? :)

  • Hi,thanks for dropping by. I heard about them as I was looking for magic bullet alternative,as my graphics card is not supported. Your plugins are very useful and easy to use :)

  • I don't think color grading 35mm film footage can be called adding filmlook ;)

  • Hehe,

Fair enough. Next time I'll post some of my own footage.
