  • great tip steve.. can believe u died =[ u look like a nice guy... r.i.p

  • I agree with the theory HOWEVER the big problem of delaying the cardio after the workout: is you may end up by not doing your cardio at all. lot of people when they flush and release their energy in the workout , they just want to go home.

that's why lot of pro body builders do abs at the beginning of their workouts, they do it for the same reason, they just wanna finish it at the beginning rather than not doing it all.

    love your body

  • Hello Sir, could you please tell me if i keep on doing the 'weights first, then cardio' plan, will i be able to lose weight and build muscles at the same time?

  • What happened to him?

  • Great Vid's Steve!!, Short & to the point: )

  • RIP Steve. I miss ya buddy.

  • @marjones69 Ok..you kinda miss what i was getting at in the first post , or maybe i wasnt that clear, anyhow, its all good, its not a debate....i have actually lost over 25lbs in the past three months, jogging, sprinting and strength training, so im kinda figuring out what works, but the thing is i think imma have to step up my cardio or drastically changing my foods...i have already cut out white carb..sugars for the most part...fat minimal...but still this lower belly fat persists..damn. lol

  • @marjones69 All of the above will burn energy. If you're only going to do one, I'd recommend (from personal experience) jogging. It keeps your heart rate elevated for a long, unbroken period of time, whereas the others require that you take breaks. I lost a lot of weight by running 30+ mins three times a week. I ended up running for an hour each time.
