This is a short update. I'm feeling a lot better today, not so down. I am working on making self honoring choices, including to limit what I'm eating (or really, not to overeat) and do some exercise.

  • I admit it is hard at time to fight negativity but as we all know things broken can always be fixed or righted. Focus on you not the scale and in the end you will see a gain in yourself and a lose in the scale. Have a great week! Huggies

  • hello I think we tend to live and die by the numbers on the scale instead of respect and truely look at how hard we are actually working. When i was boxing i lost about 50 pounds but what truely felt good was that I was doing something i never thought i could and the weight loss was just extra.
