  • I hope you realize that having a ten pack is impossible since there are only 3 horizontal tendons on your rectus abdominis.

  • the secret of have ripped abs is just two things: eat well i mean proteins like mead,eggs(dont do like in the film rocky cuz its a lie and bad for ur body)eat fruit vegetables,drink water,etc( in general eat WELL) and do exercicies like crunches,etc do 12 to 15 rep i n3 series and breath well and rest between each serie and to burn fat just run ;) and in 2 weeks-1 month u will see the results ;) TRUST ME

    dont eat this shits like whay proteins u dont need that to be ripped ;)

  • Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister got ripped Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • @Tsik0s well nowadays everybody tells lots of things about what to eat and not to eat and nobody agrees. the best is that u have to go to a nutritionist. they know all of this.

  • @blinkzh look u are right eating well is the most important thing with exercising well but dont eat much eggs and meat its proteins from animals and it is not so good . I did weights for 4 months and got 7 kilos with abs ! eating 5 fruits a day day after day and drinking 0.5 L of milk and no proteins or shit !

  • I do at least 150 crunches every day but it only takes 5 minutes is that the reason why I do not have at least 4 packs Lmao

  • @vickidickishmicki with this protein suplements ur abs looks like plastic and fake, and if u abuse a lot of this u will have health problems. the reason of using natural proteins is cuz isn't bad for ur body unless u abuse of it. abuse of everything is bad so...

    everybody have 6 pack un der the skin,but maybe fat cover it . u have to look ur genetic too

  • this is a good workout, but there are better ones

  • @blinkzh it will give u results but thats not nearly enough for a six pack. and if you already have a six pack doing that won't improve it, it might even get worse because you arent working it hard enough
