ohh lovely picc lines,! ive had multiple piccs!! hate them so much!! i loved my port!!! until i got septic 4 times!! now the doc refuses the give me any central line. im like a human pin cushion.

@EvgeniaDuh Mine wasn't painful except when it was getting taken out. My veins spasmed and tightened on the picc, so the doctor had to pull it in and out to loosen it.

I have CF too and after my 10 pic or maybe more I had to get a port put in and it is a million times better then a picc

Yeah that was my 8th picc or so now just last thursday I had a power port put in because my veins were getting to narrow and they were not letting piccs in.
