If you can't do plank dumbbell exercise, how do you build up to that push ups?

single arm row you breathing wrong should breath in when you pull dumbbell anyway you're cool^^

try "push up" 100 a day and slowly increase the #s to 1000 a day. of course u want to increase the difficulty level as times goes by~.. i heard that doing 1000 push-ups , you will get the same effect as you go to gym... also you want to watch amount of food you eat a day ..good luck~~ and let me know how it worked after 3-6 months..(you want to take long time to really get rid of fat not just water)
