  • If you can't do plank dumbbell exercise, how do you build up to that push ups?

  • single arm row you breathing wrong should breath in when you pull dumbbell anyway you're cool^^

  • try "push up" 100 a day and slowly increase the #s to 1000 a day. of course u want to increase the difficulty level as times goes by~.. i heard that doing 1000 push-ups , you will get the same effect as you go to gym... also you want to watch amount of food you eat a day ..good luck~~ and let me know how it worked after 3-6 months..(you want to take long time to really get rid of fat not just water)
