This call happened 4/24/09 whereas a Countrywide representative called me, Jason Werner, literally while I was driving home from a pre-mediation conference. The loan amount is less than $50,000. This is a good example of a crime trying to be covered by the Treasury. Please see my comments to follow. Thank you.

  • B of A can burn.

  • @skot66 And as much as we'd like to piss on them, be sure not to do that because we do not want to put out the flames.

  • Fuck the banks!

  • These reps are usually high school educated and quite stupid. Thank heavens for ATM's and online banking. Foreclosure with phone calls, forget about it.

  • @mattb954 Good for them. Send me the court docs and I'll yell at your local DA for not presenting evidence against the thug banks and their attorneys to the Grand Jury for felonies.

  • @troybrownrigg lol...so I'm the "dope-head" because you can't spell "recourse"! HAHAHAHA. Yeah, I know little girl "it was a typo"....just like all the rest. Your advice is worth as much as you get paid to spell correctly. *Pssssst.....that's "nothing", dummy*. I figured I better explain that before you went off calling the IRS for previous years filings for "spelling income". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Jesus, what a friggin' nightmare. This bullshit happens to millllllions of people. Ridiculous.

  • @kenfo0 Dear dope head Arizona & Nevada are non recoarse states. The Banks only recoarse is to take bake the property. They may only sue for back taxes, and past due interest. Therefore dopehead if one isn't late on any payments destroys the home in a remodeling effort.Your dearset Bend over America bank is just out. I foreclosed on a couple tried to sue for damages the Judge told me point blank it was there home to do with as they please. Therefore only the banks are screwed in at least my AZ.

  • @troybrownrigg your "advice" will screw over anyone in a "deficiency" state, dope. In a "deficiency" state, if the property sale does not cover the debt, the bank can continue to attack your assets in court. If one "strips" or destroys the house, they could very well be destroying themselves. Here is sage advice for people: Check facts, don't believe "feel good" statements from fools on the internet.
