  • im only a begginer but when approaching, how much throttle should i use or should i guess looking at the speed of the plane?

  • landing speed depends on your plane. The higher the wingloading the more speed you will need. Better come in fast in the beginning and slowly reduce the speed for the next landings to get a feeling for the right speed

  • some great saves ... and unfortunate stalls - fantastic looking models all around ... I wonder if the jet belly landing was intensional or if his gear failed to deploy ...

  • the landing was intentional after the pilot noticed that the gear failed to deploy. Better do a flat belly landing than a very risky landing on just 2 wheels

  • was that all during one day? thats crazy must have alot of glue on standby

  • yes, that was only from one day

  • @1:50 the P-47 guy finally got what was coming to him for trying to land the Jug too slow.

  • I don't feel so bad after watching these most if not all pilot error.

  • I noticed there are no spitfires :(

  • Never seen so many models suffer on landings, seams these guys just don,t like having any undercarriage, those that have u/c on approach get knocked off thats if they don't knock them off on take off, then to top it off they dont even get the u/c to come down and just belly flop in...... Shame there was some nice models flown... I just wish I was the owner of the local model shop he/she would have been rubbing there hands witht he prospect sales

  • Why does the p-47 nose dive when landing??

  • @jazzlouie Well at least the PT-19 landing was scale :^)

Looks like the T-bolt drivers were having a bad day.

Still trying to figure out what happened to that FW recon plane, looked like

he had it made, then whammo.

  • That last one shows how unpredicatable flying is.

The approach and landing looked perfect, until it hit a bump.

  • I think some of these guys need to get the trainer back out from the garage haha

  • at 1:47 ) atleast that p47 didn't nose dive at 2:20 )awsome crash dude sick!

  • @RcHelp13 they are toys.
