It's another challenging day at Southwest Airlines. In Chicago, distraught passengers demand compensation for the worst flight of their lives. Seems a rowdy group of biker kids disrupted the flight all the way from Las Vegas. Meanwhile, at LAX, a 10-year-old on his first unaccompanied flight is lent a hand from a flight attendant, and after a stressed mom and her two kids miss their flight, their attempts to get home to San Diego push everyone to the limit.

  • 3:39, lady you missed your flight, that is YOUR problem, not SWA's. The "I didn't know" card doesn't get you anywhere.

  • Summary of the episode; not the kid's, it's the PARENTAL fail

  • Some people need to learn how to submit a complaint with a company and not, up-front, demand immediate compensation. Yes your flight was awful, but it's probably a given that the airline would compensate you... So just keep your mouth shut and let Colleen do her job! :)

  • @krnv4 I A GREE WITH YOU :) every other place ive looked at is like 500+ SWA is like 200...ya SWA FTW :)

  • There are so many things wrong with that bitch at ~4:00 it's ridiculous, you're gonna show up 20 minutes before your flight at one of America's busiest airports at the busiest time to fly and bitch, sometimes I really don't understand how those gate agents don't just punch the people in the face, I could never take that job, love the show though

  • What I meant was....you fly the low-buck airliner flown by many low-class plebiaens...what then does one expect from the conduct of what occurs on Southwest flights? There are good times to fly SouthWest like business flights at non-busy times...the conduct of passengers and service from flight attendants is like the good old days of flying...or current reputable top-notch International flights where conduct from crew and passengers is what it should be.

  • @505stealth i totally disagree with that comment, SWA is probably the best airlines out of the US,

  • kids are little shits

  • that lady is a ass .. haa shes i have never flown here before yet.. she argues there policy of being there early to catch her flight .." i didnt know"

  • I'm not surprised at the misbehavior of these white passengers. Whites think the world revolves around them and that everybody must cater to them.
