what the hell? no it isnt!! If you wire two 2ohm speakers in series, you simply add the loads, so the impedance will be 4ohms. if you wire each 2ohm speaker in paralell, then the load is halved, meaning they will run at 1ohm. only VERY powerful and high market amps can take 1ohm. anyway you cant ever have 0 ohms there will always be resistance.

hey :) i got a crest audio ca 12 running 2 15" 8 ohm subs.. before this weekend this was runnyng normaly in stereo. but now when i run them on stereo both channels on full, they are playing lower than if i turn off one of the channels and only use one of them.. i tried to use both on the same channel(not bridget) getting 4 ohms.. now they are playing like normal..
but i realy need help finding out the reason why this is happening :S
i'm sorry my bad english but i hope u understand what i say.

hi brian..i have a new pair of jbl jrx115, but lack of budget to buy a good amp..so i ended up (temporarily) i want to buy the behringer epq 2000, in 8ohms i think its 500watts or 600watts rms..can this work fine with the new cabs i have???

if you have enough power from each side of the amp can you run two subs of 1 amp and have it in stereo?
-
Please NOTE - the controls on the front of the amplifier DO NOT control the volume of the amplifier; but rather control the sensitivity of the amplifier with its relation to the input voltage. The lower the sensitivity, the greater the amount of voltage required to drive the amplifier to its rated output.

excellent vid! thanks!

question, I would like to set up my own monitor setup for live settings, can I run the monitor signal from the snake to a bridged amp then run both an 18" and 15/horn (yamaha 118 and yamaha 115V) together off that one bridged signal? I have a crossover as well which would split the signal. thanks and great video!

@djsinnay complete destruction. You mind as well give a bumb the amount at which you bought the amp.... It's tumultuous dude; tear up everything.

do you "have" to use a crossover?? or can i use a y rca, wich 2 into 1? thanks

You'll have to check the manual to see if you CAN run an amp bridge mono. If you can, there will be directions on how to do this
