@123zabava123 Just think of the billions wasted on other things...but your crying about maybe a couple thousand dollars on a tournament centered around training that helps protect and save American Soldiers lives... That makes sense!

@don3owen We have a Martial Arts Program, but no official unit sanctioned tournaments or anything like you guys have. Do you have anything in the rules that say that other services can compete? I would love to be able to compete against live opponents outside of an amatuer MMA setting and this program you guys have interests me greatly

@jdflick20: I believe the Marines have some type of (in-house) combatives competition. But I haven't heard anything. This Army combatives competition, is great. It allows us to train in combatives, and also test out the non-lethal means by making the opponents submit. I love it!
@123zabava123: Better they spend it on guys training, than on guys who just show up to work, but do not work! They waste time, and money (shakers vs movers).
