this is my interpretation of my favorite offertory hymn - "panalangin sa pagiging bukas palad" ...this song best describes the essence of giving without asking for something in return and keeping our faith despite the hardships of life.. . :-)

Just like to correct your caption about this song. According to Musicam Sacram(instruction on music the liturgy((2nd vatican ecumenical council, March 5 1967))), this not for Offertorium or Offertory Hymn as you say. Because, Offertorium is song for the BREAD and WINE and all the gift that will offer to the LORD..Take and Receive and Paghahadog ng Sarili is not approriate in this part of the Liturgical Music. The most approriate song is Unang Alay. This according to Fr. Nilo Manussad.God bless!
