CR VHR vs SCE Comparison HQ

After seeing many of the stock car mods on the web for rFactor. I narrowed it down to two that really stood out. I must realy give an honorable mention to the guys at ThePits.us for their work on TPSCC, but it is still in the early stages compared to these other mods. VHR Stockcar has been the most used stock car mod online ever since I installed rFactor, but like with anything I like more options. So I found SCE (Stock Car Evolution) and enjoy that one as well.

Many people I talk to have tried VHR, but never even heard of the SCE mod. Well here's a short and brief comparison video of the two in-game. It is best to watch in HQ to get the full view.

Yeah I couldn't agree more, I am in a league called BPR (Back Pocket Racing) and we are having a tad of trouble because of how the new VHR 5.0 is handling and would go to SCE if that had a bigger following..........

There are a few leagues running SCE. They're pretty good leagues to. I think SCE is starting to gain some momentum, and before too long will challenge VHR. VHR just has a huge advantage since it was released as pretty much THE stock car mod. SCE & TPSCC kill it though when it comes to physics.

Whats the name of the 1st song in the vid mate, by the way I have both mods as well as the TSPCC and I believe that if the people would try it out and put the time into it they would realise that TSPCC is the better mod

The first song's name is "Fire It Up" by Black Label Society. As far as TPSCC goes, I think it's a great mod. Just needs a tad more work on suspension....the tracks though are nearly immaculate.

SCE stolen from VHR? Are you living under a rock? It's a widely known fact that VHR was stolen from SCE. VHR has the easiest physics, ultimate-high grip ratings.

The physics on SCE are unparalleled. Also as far as servers go, USAR is close to dumping VHR for SCE. You can think what you will, but it's very well known the history between the two.

Lol, just like how it did when they came out with the COT first? VHR pushed the cot out the door too early and in result they got majority of the community. I was behind the scenes with SCE helping them develop the 1.0 physics. I did not develop the physics, i just provided feedback. SCE actually took real nascar notes and specs. VHR is a joke when it comes to physics and when SCE 2010 is released SCE will once again wipe VHR of the hype. Once people start testing out SCE they will switch over.

I was working with the owner of SCE and they are getting their statistics from NASCAR teams and they also have NASCAR teams beta testing the cars to ensure they are as realistic as possible.

SCE is way better nor at least i feel so while they may not have 2010 schemes as of now or the spoiler at least they have the series right i mean hell vhr just through what they thought would be the new nns models in (the camaro) which is hella ugly and then just gave it cup drivers and sce has accurate schemes vhr mixes 08 09 and this year........and sounds crappy....

I dont really care anymore.....Ive seen the truth.....all I can say is I hope you all know dave didnt steal SCE. To add to the " grip " issue....I actually hear nothing but " theyre loose as hell " comment's about SCE as well as VHR.....nothing ultimate grip about it.....if you want over grip go play with NR2003.....if you wanna see what a REAL sim looks like.....try iRacing. I figure 18,000 + people arent lying.

Hey it's the other way around VHR stole form SCE and SCE is teh best mod out there.look on the fuel tanks they might have changed it but Stock Car Evolution was on it so lol your therory is wrong so get a brain check.
