Unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy are most suitable. This tool (mold) will be used to make up to several hundred composite parts. http://www.sme.org

  • It depends on the specifics of your comparison. However, typical composite structures are on the order of 8-10 times stronger than steel structures on a pound for pound basis.
