@doggypie12341 Well, she was being used, and she was slowly starting to realize that.

Nevertheless, it was her own fault. She had been warned by Michael himself (in 1992) and by her mother. LMP clearly was not the kind of female someone like Michael would have valued or been interested in for herself. She should have know that. Among other flaws, she had a bad history and no class or style. She chased after him because she wanted a famous husband, so she got used then dumped.

@Jpzees There is nothing cute about being forced to fight for your very survival. Michael was desperately trying to protect everything he had worked for since he was a young child. LMP later called that kiss a publicity stunt. She said it was his manager's idea.

Watch Michael closely as he walks off the stage. Unlike LMP, he doesn't look back nor does he wave. Michael was not happy about that, but he was a seasoned performer. He was out there to do a job, and he did it.
