Youtube "Kenya and Ethiopia finalise power interconnection deal" (Sic). Kenya planning to buy power from Ethipia. This on the back of our protests of the planned dam on the Omo river coz of the effect on Lake Turkana and its ecosystem. I'm for the interconnection to facilitate the sale/ transfer of power across borders. I think Kenya can be energy independent if govt takes and private sector take the right steps.
