That Man in the picture is actually one of the National heros who disenbark on "maimon y estero hondo" beach in 1959 to free the the Republic from the trujillo's tyranny sadly they were all caught and many executed, they all knew what the possible consequenses would be; it fail cause the CIA did not give them logistic support and as a result they walked blind folded in to a trap.
