  • MrDhulet, Versa Gripps will allow you to do just that. What is neat is that you can choose to start out your set free hand. then go until your grip gets tired. In a split second you can be locked on to max out the larger muscle which you have targeted. The small muscles of the forearm grip will never, by themselves, out last a large muscle, such as the back muscle or carry as much weight in training. Joel, obviously knows this - just take a look at that man's back!

  • MrDhulet, The forearm - is a muscle group that should be isolated and worked as any other muscle group. Thinking that it will receive a thorough workout while doing other exercises is incorrect. As you know it is the last few reps in any set that will max out the isolated muscle in that set.

  • pierdolony.

  • @Fred7080 umm what?

  • 11 people can't bench what he's rowing

  • @reillyjj This is not only true, but unfortunately, people will never realize that or admit it. Every professional bodybuilder is pretty much genetically above the average curve. For example, Kevin Levrone worked up to 600 lbs on the bench press. Today, in his 40's as a natural, he can press 405 so you're comment is 100% true.

  • Insane Back...
