how do you upload the video from keepvid to youtube in mp4 wiew PLZ REPLY

I have a regular PC but would like to download the best quality. I use VideoLAN primarily to play vids. If you want the best playable quality and you get the following, which do you download?
›› Download FLV - High Quality - 854×480
›› Download MP4 - High Quality - 480×360
Actually here the FLV size is bigger.
Also if you have a string of 10 minute vids, say 6 parts cut from an original 60 min vid, can you download them all as one vid rather than 6 segments? How do you piece them together?

@samoes123 idk, sorry... I'm still using and it works for me.. except with protected videos (sometimes YT forces u to login into youtube and confirm your age).
