@georgio168 kanya kanyang style yan, iba iba tayo ng panlasa eh. kung gusto mo ng saucy e di gumawa ka! kaw na marunong mgluto! ang adobo pwede iprito pwede hindi, nasa nagluluto n lang yun saka sa kakain.. alm mo ba kung bakit piniprito ang adobo? hindi dahil sa pinahihirapan niya! ang purpose nun para maging mas mlasa yung manok! kung health conscious ka e di wag mo prituhin! wag ka ng manood ng mga video na ganito kasi napakarunong mo na eh nanonood ka pa!

i have been to many a filipino house and i aint never heard the adobo fry. but your final product looks delicious just a differnt style i guess.
