@adz09ish Instead of the 100 and 200 the 400 is very very hard to train.. he is lazy but fast. I think he wil continue to dominate the 100 and 200 but never brake the johnson time.

Usain bolt will break his 400 record just like he did to his 200. Bolt ran 45.25 45.3 at age 17. He ran 20.13 at 16 and 19.93 at 18. Usain bolt is the boss. He will be the greatest 400 runner ever.

Alot of people dont understand how hard of a sport track and field is. I mean the 400 I run that too and wow it hurts alot on that last 100m. People think its just running in circles, kids at school say that all the time. Theres few people who realize just how great of a sport it is.
