@theotherguy245689 the guy giving the tour makes a commission off of every order he takes, the specialist (the guy who takes the orders) makes money off of the spread (the difference between the bid price and ask price).

the stock market is the most stressful greedy place a person could work. it would be my nightmare to work there.
basically its a huge gambling game... i play things safe and dont gamble

@theotherguy245689 When you still have a small capital base you'll want to do intraday trading. It's much much harder than trading daily/weekly, but if you study and make a good trading plan you'll be able to get like 10% or more each month.
