Sexual Addiction. It's the secret sin we don't like to talk about. Yet it is single handedly corrupting our society—destroying marriages, families, careers. Even churches. A startling survey recently revealed that 50% of Christian men and 20% of Christian women admit they are addicted to pornography*. Not just struggling...addicted. The numbers are real. It must be dealt with. The silence must end.

Here is a simple test for any man or woman: stop masturbating for 3 months. If you cannot do that, then you have an addiction, pure and simple. The same goes for coffee or anything else. Life is best lived free from addictions.

Ever heard of Ernest Borgnine? Awesome guy, in his early 90s, looks like he's in his late 60s. His secret was revealed by him to the public as "I masturbate a lot". Masturbation has been proven to lower the chances of prostate cancer, to raise the immune system, to release sexual tension (resulting in fewer rapists and pedophiles), to relieve stress, and many, MANY other positive things. It won't make you go blind and it won't make your hands get hairy. There are no downsides.

One only becomes a sex addict when it gets rid of all of their money, makes them lose their job, makes them lose their relationships, and makes them do everything else that goes hand-in-hand with any other addiction.

My god, this is terrible. Those people aren't addicted to it, and it's possible to be "struggling" with it, unless you're having troubles getting ahold of it. There is such a thing as actual sexual addiction, but whatever you've been studying that you've gotten 50% of people to say "yes" to, it's not it.
