Here is a simple test for any man or woman: stop masturbating for 3 months. If you cannot do that, then you have an addiction, pure and simple. The same goes for coffee or anything else. Life is best lived free from addictions.

Ever heard of Ernest Borgnine? Awesome guy, in his early 90s, looks like he's in his late 60s. His secret was revealed by him to the public as "I masturbate a lot". My god, this is terrible. Those people aren't addicted to it, and it's possible to be "struggling" with it, unless you're having troubles getting ahold of it. There is such a thing as actual sexual addiction, but whatever you've been studying that you've gotten 50% of people to say "yes" to, it's not it.
