  • I love this video. Know why? He hits the two most important things within this: lock the elbows, kick the hips forward.

  • The video is great,the only funny part is when he says : ,,Your strongest hand - under grip and your weakest hand - over grip'' Instead of weaker and stronger hand... I mean its like we have 8 ams :D

  • @morboris Its mainly for lower back, but its so heavy that it uses almost all muscles in your body, which helps u to produce more testosterone in ur body
