4 rounds for time of:
5 Thrusters (135 lbs)
5 Burpees
5 Weighted Pull-ups (30 lbs)
5 Box Jumps (32 inch)
50m run (heavbag - 85 lbs)
100m run
50m run (heavybag - 85 lbs)

  • This is why I fucking despise crossfitters. You put a crossfitter on a football field and they will fail. So crossfitters lug around mediocre weight for time and you are better than a real NFL athlete? Get the fuck out of here. I can create a workout that will make any man tired, but if I had been training in that workout for longer than the other people trying it, then I will perform better. This is basic knowledge. C+J for time? GTFO!

    You evidently have never done crossfit, because you left out throwing a ball for distance and accuracy, swimming, driving a spike into the ground with a sledge hammer, running/rowing (distance and shorter intervals), gymnastic movements.... was that what you meant by "etc". You have no idea what you're talking about. And, if you didn't see the Games on ESPN last year, maybe you should watch this year. This is no passing fad.

  • @katrinalol The exercises are essentially the same. What changes is how you combine them into a circuit. Burpees, ruck runs, kipping pullups, kettle bell, snatch, c+j, pushups, etc. It is a fad that will come and go -- trust me.

  • @tryandlike Here is the thing, you do not TRAIN for a 'CrossFit' work out as a CrossFitter, it is all about mussel confusion which is quite the opposite of training for one set thing. In CrossFit you will do work outs that you will NEVER DO AGAIN and ones you will do every few months and even some that are semi-often. Do not speak so negatively about something when you seem to have the wrong idea what it and the people involved are all about.

  • Did the crossfit guys do the workout after training for 4hrs. already?

  • to all the crosfitters, remember that we are specialist on no specializing. maybe we can do a better time in "cindy" or "annie" or any WOD... but what if this guys put into a filed, can we take a big hit?... no, can we run 90 yards with angry dog biting our ass? or can we do a single round agains a heavyweight? no. but like khlipa says... WE CAN DO STUFF, that is all about, besides... we got tons of fun!! enjoy it! blessings!

  • @lunchead Tennessee tech foot ball program does strict crossfit. Not one player can touch rich froning who A. Trains them and B. Is last years CROSSFIT games winner. Alot of crossfittersare ex athletes including football players but the moral of the story is CROSSFIT is pretty awesome!
