This video is the outcome of the work done in partnership with the Northern Italy Chapter and the Italian Ministry.
Deaf children cannot hear fire alarms, The Fire Cadet Project in Italy was initiated to start a cadet of children acting as fireman, but this did not include the needs of deaf children.
The Fire Cadet program was adapted to a visual program so deaf children could participate.
