Electric Cars have been around.

the issue was that electric cars were not powerfull enough for transportation and they needed to be re charged to often.

@ineedmuney1 BPs not so bad, sure they've had bad publicity from the Deep Water Horizon spill but at least they don't fund terrorists.
As a Brit I can see what you're saying about terror funding, we've had our share of terror attacks, nowhere near as bad as 9/11 though.
-
@ineedmuney1 True enough, most of the wars nowadays is about control of oil.
For now though, I'll stick with my old Wolseley.
I'd love to own a Honda Hydrogen car in the future though, better than batteries because you can fill up with some more and keep driving, not leave it on charge for a few hours once you get to the end of the range.
I'd like to see a future where we all do our bit to produce our own energy, solar panels on our roof and recycling and composting all our waste.

@G1NZOU no i have a good friend who is arab. shes cool as hell and i like her whole family. but its already been proven alot of those oil companies over seas have been linked to different terrorist groups. not ALL of them but quite a few. and if you look into it alot of those countries raise their kids to hate americans and alot of those countrys have declared holy war on us. so im just sayin if you buy gas theres a good chance some of ur money goes towards terror groups somehow.
-
@ineedmuney1 So you think all Arabs are terrorists?
-
@G1NZOU well think of it this way, you keep these cars ran on gas and oil and ur just giving ur money away to these arabs who want to use that money to invest in a holy war against us so were basically funding their terrorism. so its kind of a lose lose situation :-(

@alfistii1 yeah the governments is watching! (twilight zone theme music) lmao it posted what u had to say... u posted basically the same shit like 3 times already lol
-
@alfistii1 Which is why I don't have an electric car, until the infrastructure for clean solar and wind power is fully implemented to supply energy to electric cars I won't buy one.
Hydrogen can be produced by using electricity too, much better than batteries with corrosive chemicals in them.
I'm a classic car nut so I'd welcome hydrogen cars for the majority of drivers, a small amount of fossil fuels for classic car use won't damage the environment.
-
@alfistii1 The US presently gets 16% of our electric power from Hydro-electric generation using only .05% of our potential. We have NO tidal or wave generators but add that in and it seems that our energy problem could be solved.

I think this upload is run by the government, everytime i try to post it throw me to another clip unrelated to electric cars.
Check out documentary called "Who Killed The Electric Car?" It expands on this vid. After you have watched it you no longer want to give one penny to any oil company

Well giving back then not many realized what gasoline vehicle will eventually mean for our planet... just sad. Not buying another vehicle unless it's electric.
