As I have worked with people from all over the world to improve their eating habits, one central issues comes up with each and everyone of them.
GUILT!
The guilt becomes a dark friend, causing you to stay unhappy, so you eat more bad stuff. That causes you to eat more unhealthy to numb or comfort or punish yourself. So you feel more guilty.
this vicious circle needs to be destroyed!
I want to provide an easy to use tool today that can help you to overcome all guilt you have circling around your eating habits, and so helping you to eat more healthy.

  • i agree that 80 10 10 is a litle crazy. i prefer to balance out all the fruit with leafy greens, and i prefer not to eat too much. however, occasionally i do binge on fatty things like avocados and nuts which make me feel heavy and sluggish afterwards. i start to feel guilt but i force myself not to. i remind myself that feeling guilty doesnt help the situation and we always get another chance tomorrow

  • I had been following 80 10 10. I agree. It makes me feel bloated to eat too much fruit. I gained so much weight and my waist size went up. :( I just take it easy and eat as much as I want now. Hopefully my waist will trim down too.

  • @MrKir333 Plant protein is a healthier protein, If you are eating as much as you'd like you should get plenty!:)

  • @raaaaaarr Remember when you eat raw you need to eat more than normal! Raw foods have a high water content so the volume must be larger. You will binge if you don't eat enough:) Good luck to you

  • Ka.. I have been trying for 2 years to reclaim my health by going raw, but always end up bingeing. I have always known in the back of my head that this way of eating (intuitive) is the way out but I've been extremely resistant to it, being an impatient, untrusting person who just wants "perfection" now. But I'm going to give it a shot, hearing your message as I am in a low, it seems so beautiful the place you come from and I know now it is relief
