Oh my goodness, I LOVE Croatia Airlines!!!! They were such a GODSEND after our horrific flight on Lufthansa...

The title is "Lijepa Nasa Domovina", which in English means "Our Beautiful Homeland@, cause that's what CRO is:-)

@misuratakid Interesantno. Al me bas zanima, za kaj si ti to tam u Ingliskoj? Zasto ne dodzes vam u domovinu. Mislim ak vec urlices po sajtovima kak si ponosan, itd. u svoju domovinu? E da, lipo je prosipat svoja govna kad si u fantazija-landu, jel? Pobjegli kad je ovdi bilo gusto i od pozadine svijeta pametovat i puhat se? I blatat druge s kojim smo se borili? bigotne kukavice.

Oh, oops... oprostite. Ucim jezik, ne govorim (ili razumijem) vrlo dobro... "yet". LOL. Croatian is one hard language to learn for non-Native speakers!! I have mastered Spanish and French, I can get by in German and Italian... for some reason the language of "Lijepa Nasa Hrvatska" trips me up but GOOD. :( By the way, if "nasa" means "our", what part means "country"??? To the best I know from being in Croatia, "Lijepa" is translated as "beautiful"...

@ syysy Our beautiful homeland

"Beautiful Nation" ... nasa, loosely translated to English would be "nation" or "country" or "homeland", but I see it as more of an equivalent to the Spanish word "la patria" - sometimes English loses something in the translation. I'm a Croatian-American and don't know enough of the language (hrvatski) to accurately pinpoint but this is my best guess!
What does Croatian Hymn means into Croatian?
