A large number of police officers in riot gear made dozens of arrests as they broke up the Occupy Denver protest in a park outside the Capitol building in downtown Denver Friday morning.

@SnappyPenguins Wow...how ignorant you sound! I bet you'd love to have the cops around if you got mugged or something. Maybe if all of the protesters quit their bitching and went to work, then the cops wouldn't have to kick them out of public places for damaging property. Just saying, if there were no protests, there wouldn't be police storming them and therefore no riots...it's a logical progression, so let's be mature and not attack the people who put themselves in danger to make us safe.

@cornholio1977 i don't think they should let anyone break the law, it's their job, now why not arrest bush, or any superstar crook. they wait untill they turn themselves in. hmmmmm because they don't have real ballz and they only do what they are told not what is right.
