Thanks! I put the 4l80E into hit because at my power level a rebuilt Toyota transmission would not take much abuse. The rebuilt stock ones must retard the timing when shifting so you can not slam it down for a street punch and shift manually, you must let the computer do it for you. The 4l80E can be manually downshifted for a punch and is only $400 to rebuild vs. about $3000 after labor for a rebuilt Toyota. It is not quite the same at a Tocoma tranny, this one is fortified quite a bit.

@SupraExDriver i saw it's price it is expensive in the site for about 7k , why can't i put a 4L80E Chevrolet suburban transmission for about 1000 $ on the supra ??!!

@MrMsh3an That's because the trans isn't stock and the kit SP sells includes everything else (driveshaft, torque converter, crossmember, mounts, dipstick, etc.)
