@2hotinaz I left Riverside in '72, and moved back to WA (bad divorce) I am just ASTOUNDED at how much Riverside has changed over the years. The only other place that I know that has changed that much is Tempe, AZ. (I graduated from ASU) I find it sad in so many ways. You really CAN'T 'go home again'! Hope things are better for you now. I'm OK, except I'm STILL working, long after I assumed I'd be retired! I'm back in AZ now, and compared to other states, the job market is slightly better here.

I know this is old, and I'll watch more, but I used to live in Riverside...my daughter was born there. There were so many jobs available. I ended up getting hired from a different job THREE times in just over 5 years. Really, employers weren't too concerned about the ethics behind literally stealing an employee from another job! As for those of us who GOT 'head hunted', well usually the money offered was just too damn good to turn down! It's sad how things have changed. (I WORKED in LA and San B

I filed for unemployment in January of 2010, benefits have run out, and I still have not found a job. I have always looked for a job, even when I didn't need one. Sometimes I just wanted to see if I'd even get a call back on some positions back in 2006 or 2007. But I have "NEVER" seen the job market this bad. There has usually always been enough to go around. We just have way to many people on our planet, and way to many right here in the USA. There isn't enough to go around.

I am 38 years old. Worked since I was 16 years old. Worked full-time since I was 18, sometimes 2 jobs because when you younger you want the hours big time, you have the energy to pull 3rd shits and stuff. But not once had I EVER considered unemployment. I didn't know what unemployment was till we started having lay off back in 2008. Seriously. I mean, I had heard of unemployment, but I knew that it would never make the living I was used to, so I never thought anymore about it.

@theshaggyshow The better view is that the Bush Administration let America blow up and the Obama Administration hasn't done shit to try and start fixing this situation.

you have the obama administration to thank for your problems; try voting for decent people next election...

Try being homeless in Alberta, Canada where it can get to-45C with the wind chill .
It is because the Republicans and the Democrats are both owned by the same international bankers that are looting the entire country. It is a implosion by design and architecture by the global elite NWO.

Illegal aliens get a wonderful life of free stuff. Free food, housing, dental, medical, school, etc.
It's a delightful joyful existence in California for illegal aliens.
I wish I was special. I wish I was illegal and breaking the law like them because then I'd have a happy special life like they do. They get to have babies, sleep in late, watch tv, not work, go to the beach and laugh and enjoy everyday like it's a heavenly experience.
I shouldn't have gone to college. I was dumb. Help.
